Week 7 is in the books and here is my weekly recap.
Bolded are the teams that won their respective games. Dashed to the right is the team who I thought would win the game. There was a tie game so I will not
count that against my record for the week.
Overall, I went 10-4. Which is my best week yet. Also, I guessed two of the three extras. Lock to win (Pack over Bears) and possible upset (Dolphins over Bills) both happened. I was way off with who I picked would score the most points. (Raiders/Jaguars).
Bears at Packers – Packers
London - Giants at Rams – Giants
Saints at Chiefs – Chiefs
Colts at Titans – Titans
Vikings at Eagles – Eagles
Browns at Bengals – Bengals
Redskins at Lions – Redskins
Raiders at Jaguars – Raiders
Bills at Dolphins – Bills
Ravens at Jets – Jets
Buccaneers at 49ers – Buccaneers
Chargers at Falcons – Falcons
Patriots at Steelers – Patriots
Seahawks at Cardinals – Cardinals
Texans at Broncos – Broncos
Top 3 Takeaways from NFL Week 7
1. Jay Ajayi rushed for 200 yards again in week 7. Building upon a breakout, and quite frankly unexpected, Week 6, Ajayi showed that he is the future in Miami at the running back position. I also couldn’t help but notice how much better the Dolphins look when Tannehill is given less to do. They may have found their future running back but the QB position for Miami is still one that isn’t very good at all.
2. Brock Osweiler is terrible.
3. The Seahawks and Cardinals played an excruciatingly terrible game to a 6-6 tie. That’s right folks, at tie, in 2016. Literally, the only football league that can end in a tie is the one that thinks excessive celebrations are ruining the game. They don’t even do that shit in Pee-Wee football, legit. Let’s all hope, for our sake and theirs, they change this stupidity come 2017.
