Top 3 Take-Aways from Week 10
1. Once again we saw a last play no call involving Seattle. Personally, I thought it was a good no call. Gronk initiated the contact and drove the man back. Wisely, Chancellor conceded his ground and caused Gronk to fall. I saw it as incidental contact but man people are livid about this one. However, if they look at it closer … the call was right.
2. The Chiefs may quietly be one of the best teams in the league. This goes back a while when I said they get overlooked by style of play. They are not flashy at all. They throw short and play excellent defense but guess what? It works. They are now 7-2 with a 5 game win-streak and 1st in their division.
3. The NFC north is the only division in the NFL that every team has a winning record. Last year this could have been the worst division in football. It seems like all of the offseason shakeups are paying dividends. All 4 teams still have a legitimate chance at making the playoffs. I don’t think you can say that about any other division in the NFL. If one other, perhaps the AFC West is one too look at.
